BIANCO PROPERTIES ENTERS THE SAN ANTONIO MARKET
Texas (January 6, 2025) – Bianco Properties announced it has completed the purchase of the 145,000 square foot H-E-B Crossing as its first investment in the San Antonio, TX market. The acquisition is the 35th in the Bianco portfolio and marks their seventh retail property in the state of Texas, with six located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The Shopping Center is strategically located in northwest San Antonio at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Bandera Rd and is shadow anchored by H-E-B Plus which draws over 4 million visits per year, ranking number one amongst grocery stores in the US per Placer.ai.

Academy Sports headlines a tenant roster that will soon include Burlington, set to open this summer. Other key tenants include Half Price Books, Starbucks, MOD Pizza, Torchy’s Tacos and Orange Theory Fitness.
