New Position for Allan Steele

LOUIS (January, 2020) – Bianco Properties is pleased to announce that Allan Steele has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.  His responsibilities include oversight of the financial operations of the company, developing and maintaining lending relationships, risk management, and financial analysis.  Allan has been with Bianco Properties since 2006.

Bianco Properties announces new Controller

ST. LOUIS (September 1, 2018) – Bianco Properties is pleased to announce Julie Stein has been promoted to Controller. Julie joined the company in 2010 as a Senior Accountant and promoted to Accounting Manager.  In her new position, Stein will direct the accounting department and is the administrator of Human Resources for the company.

Bianco Properties announces new Vice President

ST. LOUIS (March 7, 2018) – Bianco Properties is pleased to announce Josh Bacott has been promoted to Vice President-Acquisitions. Josh joined the company in 2015 as a Leasing Specialist before moving to Acquisitions. In his new position, Bacott will lead the expansion of Bianco’s commercial real estate investments.

Bianco Properties announces new President

ST. LOUIS (January 11, 2018) – Bianco Properties is pleased to announce that Daniel Wolk has been promoted to President of the Company.  Wolk replaces Michael O’brecht who will be retiring at the end of 2018 after 20 years as President and 32 years with the company.  O’brecht will stay on through the year in the capacity as President Emeritus.  Wolk is a graduate of Washington University’s Business School and has been with Bianco Properties for 25 years, most recently as Senior Vice President.
