“As the trend continues for employers to shift their headquarters downtown and closer to Chicago’s transportation hubs, we continue to see the West Loop as a very strong market in which to invest for the long term,” explained Dan Wolk, Senior Vice President of Bianco Properties.  “In addition to the close proximity to Union Station and the Ogilvie Transportation Center, a new bus transit center is under construction one block East, which will handle 5,000 daily rides.”

Bianco’s primary focus continues to be retail and industrial investment opportunities with an objective to expand its presence in Chicago and throughout the Country.  Nationwide, within the past few years, Bianco Properties has acquired retail and industrial properties valued at $100,000,000.
